Cheryl Leunissen

Cheryl Leunissen completed her law studies in 1997 at the Free University of Amsterdam (VU). Between 1997 and 2000 Cheryl worked as solicitor for Boekel De Nerée and between 2000 and 2007 she worked as solicitor for Loyens & Loeff. In 2007 Cheryl established her own firm.Cheryl is specialised in property law, with the focus on commercial tenancy law and property law. She has extensive experience in dealing with civil law procedures and in arbitrating with various arbitration institutes, such as the Council of Arbitration for Construction, the Dutch Arbitration Institute and the Commission of Disputes of the Royal Institute of Engineers.
With Gijs Heutink Advocaten Cheryl applies her expertise and experience in providing advice and litigation in issues of tenancy law, construction law and public procurement law.
Cheryl is a member of the Dutch Society of Construction Law Solicitors (VBr-A) and the Society of Tenancy Law Solicitors.
