Solicitor

Geraldine studied Dutch and European Law at the University of Maastricht, graduating in 2004. She started her career as legal counsel for Dexia Bank Nederland in 2004, where she was primarily occupied with corporate law and financial matters. Since 1 September 2005, Geraldine has been working as solicitor at Gijs Heutink Advocaten in Amsterdam, where she has been applying her skills in procedural law, administrative law, project financing and public-private partnerships.

Geraldine is a member of the Dutch Society of Construction Law (VBR) and the VAR Society for Administrative Law. Geraldine is vice-president of the Real Estate Commission of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
