Eefje van Bommel

Eefje van Bommel completed her law studies in 1999 at the University of Utrecht. Between
2000 and 2008, Eefje worked as solicitor for Boekel de Nerée. In 2003
and 2004, she followed a post-graduate course in Environmental Law at
the Grotius Academy of the University of Nijmegen. In 2009 Eefje has obtained het MRE (Master of Real Estate) at the Amsterdan School of Real estate (University of Amsterdam).
At Gijs Heutink Advocaten, Eefje applies her expertise and experience
in providing advice and litigation in issues of environmental (planning)
law, planning applications and enforcement.
Eefje is a member of the Dutch Society of Construction Law Solicitors (VBR and VBR-A), the VAR Society for Administrative Law and the Society for Environmental Law. Eefje teaches environmental planning law and environmental law at the MRE institute of the University of Eindhoven and is likewise lecturer at the Euroforum and the Instituut voor Bouwrecht (public-sector construction law). She sits on the executive of Young ULI (Urban Land Institute).
